Leonardo Quintero

Leonardo Quintero serves as the Chair - District Councilor (12th) at the City of Chicago Community Commission for Public Safety and Accountability. Leonardo collaborates with the Police District Commander, community members, and other council members to address policing issues and develop community policing initiatives. In addition to their current role, Leonardo has a background in youth programming, violence prevention, labor organizing, and outreach counseling. Leonardo co-founded Peace in Pilsen to create a safer environment for youth and has a degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling.
