Steve Goulas

Steve Goulas has a strong background in construction management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Estimator at All State Construction since March 2022. Prior experience includes the position of Project Manager at the same company and Quality Manager at Northeast Paving from September 2019 to April 2021. Steve also held the role of QC Manager at All States Asphalt from May 2013 to September 2019. Educationally, Steve Goulas attended Castleton University from 1992 to 1995.
