Jonathan Cruz

Jonathan Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Most recently, they served as the Director of Operations at All Team Staffing, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Director at Paramount Staffing from May 2021 to April 2022. In 2020, Jonathan held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Minute Men Staffing Illinois, and in 2019, they were a Market Manager at ManpowerGroup. Jonathan also spent a significant period of their career at Labor Ready, where they worked as an Area Manager from May 2008 to March 2019. Before that, Jonathan worked at Maciano's Restaurant as a Manager and Principal Owner, where they implemented operational software and introduced hiring and retention programs to enhance business success.
