Karen Christy

Karen Christy has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the staffing industry. Karen started their career as a Sales and Operations Manager at Hallmark Tempories and later became the Director of Marketing at Kforce Inc. Karen then worked as a Branch Manager at Top Talent Staffing before joining Analysts International Corporation (AIC) as a Technical Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing national accounts and achieving revenue goals. Karen also worked as a Technical Account Manager at Kforce Inc before joining Able Body Labor as a Sales representative, where they were in charge of sales for six different staffing firms. Karen later worked as a Sales Executive at EMCOR Group, Inc. and as a Branch Manager at ATS. Karen's most recent position was as the Director of National Accounts and Franchise Sales Support at All Team Staffing, where they provided support staffing services for various industries and managed franchise opportunities. Karen currently owns and operates Christy Employment Services LLC.

Between 1982 and 1986, Karen Christy attended the University of South Florida. Karen pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication during this period.
