Neal Dillman has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Neal started their career at The Copeland Companies as a LAN Analyst in 1992. Neal then worked as a Systems Consultant at IPM in 1993. In 1994, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Systems Architect. Neal then moved on to NEC Electronics in 1996, where they continued their role as a Systems Architect. In 1998, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Systems Architect and led a team in designing a manufacturing execution platform. Their most recent position was with All Weather, Inc. where they served as the Chief Technology Officer since 2009. Neal led a team that developed aviation technology solutions used by various aviation regulatory agencies worldwide. Neal also formed business partnerships and provided overall technology direction for the company.

Neal Dillman attended North Brunswick Township High School from 1986 to 1990. Then, they went on to study at the University of Maryland from 1990 to 1992. Lastly, they attended Rutgers University in 1992 and 1993. However, it is not specified what degrees or fields of study they pursued at any of these educational institutions.
