Frank Taylor has extensive experience as a Certified Peer Support Specialist, having served at Adult Well-Being Services since June 2009 and at AUDLT Well Being Services since June 2010. In these roles, Frank Taylor develops and maintains therapeutic relationships with consumers, contributes to staff meetings, and provides peer support counseling for individuals and groups while ensuring accurate and timely documentation for service compliance with Individual Plan of Service (IPOS) requirements. Frank Taylor holds an Associate of Arts degree and a Certificate of Addiction Studies in Addiction Counseling and Mental Health from Wayne County Community College District, completed between 2012 and 2014, and completed high school education at Northeastern High School from 1969 to 1971.

Since its beginning in 1953 with the opening of one of the first senior centers in the nation, Adult Well-Being Services has been dedicated to helping people of all capabilities to live as independently as possible. Now in its 62nd year, AWBS is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting health, well-being, and independence through advocacy, services and community engagement.
