Murad Akhter

Murad Akhter began their career in 1999 as a Usability Intern at MS2 Inc. In 2000, they moved to Palm Inc as an OS Intern in Software Engineering. In 2002, they joined Apple Computer Inc as a Software Engineer, where they worked on supporting Mac OS X on Intel hardware and the transition to the G5 system. In 2003, they co-founded amaana, a user-friendly online payments system. In 2006, they became a Program Manager at Microsoft Inc. In 2007, they co-founded Tintash, where they were responsible for product development, sales, raising funds, and building business relations. In 2008, they became an Adjunct Professor at LUMS. In 2020, they became the CTO & Co-Founder of ALL3D.AI, where they built the engineering, project management, QA and user experience design teams, raised funding, and created a Digital Asset Management and Artist job assignment system. Murad also created browser-based DIY 3D tools to create product variants, design showrooms, and take lifestyle and silo photographs.

Murad Akhter attended Stanford University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BS in Computer Science. Murad then returned to Stanford University in 2005 and graduated in 2007 with an MS in Computer Science (Human Computer Interaction). Murad also attended Aitchison College but did not receive a degree.
