Annika Allen Gray

Annika Allen Gray is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at All3Media since June 2022, where responsibilities include implementing the Group’s DE&I strategy and enhancing external relationships. Annika co-founded Join Our Table and Black Leaders in TV, both launched in 2023, and has been instrumental in the Black Magic Awards since 2016, promoting Black British talent across various sectors. Previously, Annika held a significant role at Barclays, leading numerous D&I initiatives, including the creation of the inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Annual Report and the Women@Barclays portal. Annika’s earlier career includes positions in digital communications, journalism, and event management, alongside academic contributions as a guest lecturer at the University of East London. Education includes a BA in Journalism from the University of the Arts London and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
