Ryan Rutgers

Ryan Rutgers is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Head of Talent at Allan Gray Orbis Foundation since September 2018. Prior roles include HR/Talent Manager at Allan Gray Orbis Foundation and Learning Development Manager for the Sports Division at TFG (The Foschini Group) from July 2013 to August 2018. Ryan's career began at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited, where various operational roles were held from May 2006 to June 2013, culminating in the position of Organizational Development Manager. Educational qualifications include a Senior Management Development Programme from Stellenbosch Business School in 2018 and a Bachelor of Business Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town, completed in 2005. Additionally, Ryan received a Senior Certificate from Rhodes High School in 2000.
