Sharmishtha Bhadra

Sharmishtha Bhadra currently serves as the Head of Talent Management (Centre of Excellence) at ICICI Lombard, overseeing Talent, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and cultural initiatives, with a focus on Recognition and DE&I processes. Prior experience includes General Manager of Capability Building at Otis Elevator Co., where Sharmishtha led talent and organizational development consulting for the India business. At Future Generali India Life Insurance, Sharmishtha held the position of Head CoE for OD, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. Earlier roles include Head of L&D, Talent and OD at Trent Hypermarket, Head of Corporate HR, and Regional Head of Human Resources, with initial experience as Assistant Manager at Welspun Group and Team Integrator at Randstad India. Sharmishtha holds an Executive Development Course in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media from St. Xavier's College.
