Edgar Loxton

Edgar Loxton has extensive experience in finance and technology, holding key leadership positions at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited since April 1988, including Audit Committee Chair, Chairman of Allan Gray Unit Trusts, Non-Executive Director, pension fund trustee, and Director. Prior to this, Edgar served as Chairman at CompariSure from May 2020 to December 2022 and worked as a developer at Olivetti Africa in 1987-1988. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School (1986-1990), a B Com Honours in Computer Science from Stellenbosch University (1983), and a B Com in Computer Science and Financial Accounting from Stellenbosch University (1980-1982).
