Cynthia Lucchese

Cynthia Lucchese is an experienced board member and corporate leader with a strong background in finance and governance. Currently serving as a board member and chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at Inari Medical since November 2019, Cynthia also holds board positions at CooperCompanies and BVI Medical, where Cynthia chairs the Audit Committee. Additional contributions include serving on the Board of Trustees at Indiana University Bloomington and participating in various audit and governance committees across multiple organizations. Cynthia's previous leadership roles include Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Administrative Officer/CFO at Penske Entertainment, and Cynthia has held key positions at Hanger, Inc. and Intersect ENT, Inc. Cynthia holds an MBA in finance and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
