Renita Reddy, MBA, currently serves as the Learning Manager at Rand Merchant Bank and as the Group Head of Learning and Development at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited. With extensive experience in learning and development, Renita has previously held leadership roles at Rand Merchant Bank, including Head of Learning and Development for Global Markets and various positions focused on Credit, Risk, and Corporate Banking. Renita's expertise encompasses designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies tailored to business objectives, conducting needs analysis, and developing graduate programs. Prior experience includes training management roles at Atos and Can!Do Consulting, along with consulting for Accenture and teaching in the education sector. Renita holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Business School Netherlands and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
