Matt Booth

Matt Booth has a strong and diverse work experience. Matt is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Allant Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Interim Chief Operating Officer at Allant Group from September 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Allant Group, Matt Booth worked as an Executive Coach at Booth Professional Services LLC since January 2021.

Matt'slong-term professional experience includes a successful tenure at PwC, where they worked as a Partner from September 1991 to December 2020. In this role, they were a senior partner with expertise in leading internal and external audits for various clients across industries like manufacturing, services, technology, healthcare, and energy. Matt also played an active role in promoting diversity and inclusion as a member of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Matt Booth has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa. In terms of certifications, Matt has completed the Hudson Coach Certification Program from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and has been awarded the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential by the International Coaching Federation. Matt has also received a certification in Digital Acumen from PwC. Additionally, Matt is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the Iowa Professional Licensing Board.
