Charlotte Kleyn is a dedicated culinair historica and journalist with extensive experience in writing, research, and lectures on the history and present of food. Currently operating Charlotte Kleyn Eten - Schrijven - Geschiedenis since 2017, Charlotte also serves as a columnist for Trouw and Het Parool, contributing articles and weekly columns. As the conservator of the Collection Geschiedenis van de Voeding at Allard Pierson since 2020, Charlotte is involved in organizing symposiums related to food history. Previous roles include culinary editor for Archeologie Magazine and guide for culinary-historical tours in Amsterdam. Charlotte has earned multiple degrees, including a Master's in Food History, and has a strong educational background in history and French.
