Michele Zhan

Michele Zhan has extensive experience in research and development within the medical device and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Director of R&D at Allay Therapeutics since March 2019, Michele previously held roles as Senior Manager of R&D at the same organization and as Principal Scientist at Chrono Therapeutics from June 2015 to February 2019. Prior experience includes a Fellowship at BioInnovate Ireland, focusing on medical device innovation, and a Senior Development Engineer position at Covidien (Medtronic), specializing in drug-coated balloons for Peripheral Artery Disease. Michele's career trajectory encompasses roles as R&D Scientist at CV Ingenuity, Research Associate at CooperVision, and Scientist II at Conor Medsystems/Cordis, Johnson & Johnson.
