Jason Israel

Jason Israel is an accomplished design executive with extensive experience across multiple prestigious companies. Currently serving as VP of Design at Allbirds, Jason previously held the role of Global Creative Director at Salomon and Head of Global Design at Specialized Bicycle Components. Notable achievements include leading a multi-year global creative strategy at The North Face, overseeing $1.7B in annual sales, and revitalizing brand authenticity in technical outerwear. Jason's career also includes significant design roles at Specialized Bicycle Components and K2 Sports, along with an early start in graphic design at Lambesis. Jason holds a B.A.A.S. in Graphic Design and Fine Art from San Diego State University.
