Ashit Desai

Ashit Desai has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ashit started their career as a Deputy Manager at Gujarat Steel Tubes Ltd in 1988 and later worked as a Marketing Manager at Contech India Ltd in 1989. Ashit then held the role of Vice President at Core Healthcare Ltd from 1992 to 1995, and later at DCW Home Products Ltd in 1995. Ashit served as the Senior Vice President at Nimbus Communications Ltd from 1996 to 1999 and as the Chief Executive of the Entertainment Division at Arvind Mills Ltd from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at s2m global llc, where they managed sales and distribution in 20 countries. In 2005, they joined Allcargo Global Logistics Limited as the Director of Corporate Affairs. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director at Ecu Line, a role they have held since 2006.

Ashit Desai has a strong educational background. Ashit completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 1981. Ashit then pursued their Master of Engineering in Production Management from M.S.University, which they completed in 1983. Later, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they obtained a PGDM in Marketing and General Management in 1988.
