Joe Louwagie MBA CPCU SCLA AIC AIM has a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance and claims industry. Joe started their career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in 1992 and then worked as a Claims Adjuster at Allied Insurance from 1994 to 1996.

In 1996, Joe joined MetLife as a Claims Manager and also served as a Regional Catastrophe Coordinator. Joe worked at MetLife until 2001.

In 2003, Joe joined USAA and held various positions, including Auto and Property Claims Director, Executive Operational Planning Director, and Shared Services Claims Director. Joe continued their career at USAA until 2013.

From 2013 to 2023, Joe worked at Verisk, where they received three promotions during their tenure. In 2023, Joe joined Allcat Claims Service as the VP of Claims Process, where they currently hold a leadership role.
