Jeroen Aalbers

Jeroen Aalbers is a co-owner and expert in business and HR transformation, as well as mergers and acquisitions, currently leading initiatives at Allchiefs since May 2020. With extensive experience as the director/owner of Management Framework since June 2008, Jeroen previously served as Integration Manager at Exact, overseeing the integration of seven acquired companies. Additionally, Jeroen held significant roles including Global Director of HR Business Management at Robeco and Managing Director at Finace, where project management expertise was honed across multiple industries including finance and HR. Educational credentials include executive education from Harvard Business School and degrees in marketing from ISBW and Hogenschool Den Bosch.
