Geno Forman

Geno Forman is an accomplished sales leader with a diverse background in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Sales at AllClear Aerospace & Defense since February 2023, Geno focuses on revenue growth and mentorship within the sales organization. Prior experience includes similar roles at Able Aerospace Services, where responsibilities included sales management across multiple regions, and foundational leadership positions at X5 Manufacturing and Dimatrix Precision Manufacturing. Geno's career began at Furureweld Co Inc, where a progression from quality trainee to Vice President/General Manager was achieved over 11 years. Education was obtained at Arizona State University.
