Kim Shumway

Kim Shumway is the Executive Vice President of Partner Services and Business Development at Allconnect. Kim has been with Allconnect since September 2006, and in their current role, they lead the team responsible for the business strategy and financial performance of customer acquisition and business partnerships. Kim also oversees sales, marketing, client services, and business development for acquisition channels that cover 50+ million households in the US and a nationwide portfolio of energy, broadband, media & entertainment, voice, security, and retail service providers.

Prior to their current role, Kim served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Allconnect, where they led operations and sales development through a massive cultural transformation of “order taking to consultative selling” while building the operational frame-work for new revenue sources. Under their leadership, the team doubled revenue, achieved double digit EBITDA and became debt free.

Before joining Allconnect, Kim was the Manager of Small & Medium Business Marketing at MCI Worldcom from January 2003 to December 2005. Kim then served as Director of Service Delivery & Customer Care at EdgeConnections from January 2000 to December 2002.

Kim has a proven track record of success in leading teams and organizations through periods of change and growth. Kim is a strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution and delivering results.

Kim Shumway attended Virginia Commonwealth University.
