Elisa Brancalion

Elisa Brancalion has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Responsabile Formazione e Sviluppo at ALLEANZA ASSICURAZIONI since January 2018. With a long-standing tenure at Assicurazioni Generali beginning in June 2009, Elisa has held several key positions including Head Office HR Business Partner and roles focused on human resources development and group managerial development. Prior to that, Elisa was the Recruitment Manager at Metis spa from April 2006 to May 2009 and worked as an HR Assistant at Safilo from March 2005 to March 2006. Elisa Brancalion holds a Laurea in Work & Organizational Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova, earned between 1999 and 2004.
