Shirley Eichenberg

Shirley Eichenberg serves as the Operations Manager for the Michigan Works! Allegan Area Service Center at the Allegan County Area Technical & Education Center since April 2011, overseeing financial management, databases, performance metrics, and grant administration. Previously, Shirley worked as the Controller for Region 7B from September 1995 to December 2010, where responsibilities included managing all financial data, audits, procurement, and compliance with state and federal reporting. Additionally, Shirley held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Career Alliance from June 2008 to June 2010, managing over $36 million in federal and state grants, ensuring grant compliance, and coordinating agency audits. Shirley Eichenberg earned a Master in Career and Technical Instruction and a Certificate in Total Quality Management from Ferris State University between 2011 and 2013.
