Hollie Geitner

Hollie Geitner, APR, serves as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for the Allegheny Conference on Community Development since October 2024, focusing on economic growth and enhancing the Pittsburgh region's reputation. Previously, at Duquesne Light Company from November 2019 to September 2024, Geitner directed communications while managing crises during the COVID-19 pandemic. As Vice President of Client Services at WordWrite from July 2011 to October 2019, Geitner successfully scaled the firm to achieve record revenues. Earlier roles include Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, Manager of Corporate Communications at Allegheny Energy, and Corporate Communications Consultant at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Geitner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
