David Kellner has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. David started their career at DNV GL as an Operations Manager and Senior Consultant, where they led a team and managed an $85M energy efficiency program. David then moved on to Aramark, where they served as a Resident District Manager, overseeing facility services for higher education institutions. At The Exchange, they worked as a Project Manager, handling retail and food concept projects. David also worked at Gilbane, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing various aspects of construction projects. David Kellner has a diverse educational background. David started their education at Hamburg High School, where they completed their General Studies degree from 1983 to 1986. After high school, they attended Bryant & Stratton College from 1987 to 1989, earning an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Accounting.

In 1990, David enrolled in South Dakota Mines, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. David completed their undergraduate education at South Dakota Mines in 1995. During their time at South Dakota Mines, they also obtained certification as an Engineer-in-Training from the state of South Dakota.

After completing their bachelor's degree, David furthered their education by attending the Community College of the Air Force from 1990 to 1995. There, they earned a degree in Metallurgical Technology/Technician.

Additionally, David pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering and Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, which they completed from 1997 to 1999.

In terms of certifications, David obtained the Arc-GIS certification from the College of Charleston in June 1996.
