Leslie Bioni

Leslie Bioni, RHIA, COC, currently serves as the Director of Compliance Audit and Monitoring at Highmark Health since February 2025. Prior to this role, Leslie has held various positions at Allegheny Health Network, starting as a Physician Compliance Auditor and progressing to Sr. Coding Compliance Auditor and Manager of Compliance Audit. Leslie's career also includes experience as the Interim Director of Medical Records and Supervisor of Medical Records at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital, as well as serving as a Senior Health Information Analyst at Quadramed Corporation. Leslie Bioni holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
