Lauren Fagan

Lauren Fagan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational process management, risk assessment, and project management. Serving as the Senior Manager of Operational Process and Project Management at Allegiance Advisory Group since December 2014, Lauren develops complex functional processes to enhance business initiatives and employs Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy. Prior roles include Director of Operational Risk Oversight and Director of Operational Excellence at Element Fleet Management, where Lauren led risk analyses and large-scale process improvement initiatives. Lauren's career also includes significant contributions to the ASQ Baltimore Section and experience as a Six Sigma Green Belt at RR Donnelley & Sons. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management from Mercer University and a BLA in Liberal Arts/Social Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University.
