Jeff Kohnz

Jeff Kohnz has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Jeff started their career at SYSTEN LLC as a Software Designer I from November 2008 to November 2009. Following that, they joined Allegiance Group in December 2009, initially working as a Software Engineer and later transitioning into the role of IT Director in January 2016. As an IT Director, they lead an offshore IT team and collaborates with clients and stakeholders to implement new integrations and processes for facilitating billing and collections. In addition, they actively engage in client onboarding, Help Desk triage, and project management for system enhancements. Jeff also plays a crucial role in the design and architecture of new systems and enhancements, while working closely with clients to achieve their goals through automation and custom solutions.

Jeff Kohnz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University between the years 2006 and 2009.
