Veronica Avila

Veronica M. Avila, MS, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Allegiance Refining, LLC since April 2021. Previously, Veronica held the position of Regional Sr. HR Business Partner at Bridgestone Americas from April 2020 to April 2021, and served as a Sr. HR Business Partner at JLL from September 2017 to April 2020. Earlier in their career, Veronica worked as an HR Business Partner at Forum Energy Technologies from January 2014 to August 2017, and held HR Specialist roles at both Calumet Specialty and NuStar Energy Corporation between 2010 and 2014. Veronica began their career as an HR Administrator at Padgett, Stratemann & Co., LLP from May 2002 until February 2010. Veronica earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from the University of the Incarnate Word.
