Devan N. Patel

Devan N. Patel is a seasoned legal and public policy professional currently serving as the Senior Advisor of Public Policy & Ethics at American Security Fund, where the focus is on national security and technological leadership. In addition to this role, Devan Patel is Counsel & Senior Director of Legal Affairs at both Allegiance Strategies, LLC and American Unity Fund, and holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame. Previous experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Court of Federal Claims and various legal positions with the U.S. Department of Justice and Pacific Legal Foundation.
