Heath Chastain, MBA, has over 25 years of experience in engineering and management roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Process Engineering Leader at Allegion, PLC since January 2012, responsibilities include overseeing engineering in various fabrication areas and leading process improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Process Owner while managing operations and engineering support at Allegion, and Process Engineering Leader and Process Engineer at Ingersoll Rand, where leadership extended to machine shop and CNC processes. Heath's career commenced at Thomson Consumer Electronics as an Engineering Specialist, managing the prototype model shop. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana Institute of Technology, along with an Associate of Science in Tool and Die Technology from Vincennes University.
