Jacob Zadny

Jacob Zadny is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various industries, currently serving as Vice President of HR for Technology & Innovation Functions at Allegion since July 2017, after progressing through roles including HR Director for Global IT, Finance, and Legal/Communications, and HR Manager for Engineering and Legal. Prior to Allegion, Jacob held positions at Roche as a Marketing Manager and Human Resources Business Manager, and at Diamond Foods as Human Resources Manager, where key achievements included managing HR functions in a regulated environment and developing a performance-based pay structure. Jacob's early career included roles at Ingersoll Rand as a Human Resources Generalist, where strategic staffing and talent management initiatives were implemented, and at Guardian Industries, overseeing HR functions for an automotive glass manufacturer.
