Jeff Young

Jeff Young is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in hardware engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Hardware Engineer at Allegion since August 2022, Jeff has previously held principal engineering roles at The Vertex Company and Raytheon Technologies. Jeff's earlier experience includes work as an Electrical Engineer at SAIC and as an Electrical Design Engineer at Trilithic, where development involved the Digital Channel Tagger (CTX) for detection in aeronautical and LTE bands. Additionally, time was spent at SAIC designing military test equipment and at ITT Corporation developing hardware for the Minuteman Missile System. Jeff holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California.
