Joline Zhong

Joline Zhong is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer experience and education. Currently serving as an Order Management Specialist and Customer Experience Specialist at Allegion since June 2022, Joline has developed expertise in the brands Von Duprin and Falcon, CRM and ERP systems, and customer escalation management. Previous experience includes roles as a Lead Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School, an English as a New Language Instructor at Spring Mill Elementary School, and a Boba Tea Barista at Yujo Ramen and Boba Tea. Joline has also contributed to the educational field through student teaching and art instruction at various institutions. Joline holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual Arts Education from Indiana University Bloomington, with teaching qualifications for grades K-12.
