Cindy Dougaree

Cindy Dougaree, MS, ICF PCC, and Gallup Strengths Coach, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development, employee experience, and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Allegis Group since September 2016, Cindy leads the strategic development and execution of initiatives focused on enhancing managerial capabilities and optimizing organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include Vice President at T. Rowe Price Investment Services, where Cindy drove the integration of individual investor experiences and developed educational strategies, alongside work as an independent consultant specializing in change management and talent development. Cindy holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a Marketing focus from the University of Baltimore.
