Dana Baughns is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Allegis Group since January 2022, Dana supports the legal and business objectives of Allegis Group companies, including Aerotek, Inc. and Actalent, Inc. Previous roles include Vice President & General Counsel at Aerotek and General Counsel & Secretary at MarketSource, Inc., where Dana developed compliance protocols and best practices.
