Erica Goode

Erica Goode serves as the IT Director for Salesforce and Recommendations Engine at Allegis Group since July 2018, leading over ten cross-functional agile teams to deliver superior digital solutions for both external customers and internal users. Prior to this role, Erica held multiple positions at Laureate International Universities, advancing from IS Manager for Salesforce to Salesforce Manager/Product Manager. Additional experience includes a tenure as Salesforce Product Manager at WillScot and various roles at Laureate Education that encompassed CRM Delivery and customer service operations. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Delaware between 1999 and 2003.
