Nicole Jackson

Nicole Jackson is an experienced professional in training, organizational development, and mental health services. Currently serving as the Training and Organizational Development Lead at Allegis Group since January 2022, Nicole has previously held roles including Training and Development Program Manager and Employee Learning and Development Specialist at Intralox. With a solid background at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Nicole coached leadership on patient experience and developed courses for enhanced staff performance. Prior positions include Mental Health Case Manager at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board and Mental Health Counselor at Agape Counseling Therapeutic. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Old Dominion University.
