Adam Moses has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 2006, they worked as a Client Support Executive at The Communicator Corporation, where they provided email and telephone customer support. From 2009 to 2010, they served as an Account Executive at The Test Factory, managing clients such as Vodafone, Atos, and M&S Money. Adam then moved on to become a Project Manager at The Test Factory from 2010 to 2012, where they coordinated and managed end-to-end project development. Following that, from 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Business Analyst at The Test Factory, supporting communication between business and technical team members. Additionally, as a Product Manager at The Test Factory from 2014 to 2017, they were responsible for creating and maintaining product personas, conducting market research, maximizing business value, and bridging departments. In 2017, they joined GL Education as a Senior Product Manager. In 2019, Adam joined Allego as the Head of Customer Success, EMEA, where they provided an all-in-one sales enablement platform. During the same year, they also worked at Refract - an Allego company as the Head of Customer Success. Most recently, in 2023, they became an Angel Investor at MySalesCoach.

Adam Moses attended Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained A Levels in Business Studies, Information & Communication Technology, Physical Education, and General Studies. Adam then pursued a Bsc (Hons) degree in Business Information Systems at Northumbria University from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
