Ingrid Chen

Ingrid Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ingrid is currently the Director of Growth Marketing at Allegro MicroSystems. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Marketing at Mightier and held leadership positions at Analog Devices, Wayfair, The Strategic Agency, USTA (United States Tennis Association), Dymo--A Newell Rubbermaid Company, Revlon, and The Home Depot. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in marketing, brand management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Ingrid'sresponsibilities included leading integrated marketing teams, overseeing budget management, developing training programs, executing sponsorships, and driving brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.

Ingrid Chen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
