Nikhita Shaju

Nikhita Shaju is an experienced engineer specializing in failure analysis and electrical characterization. Currently serving as a Failure Analysis Engineer at Allegro MicroSystems since April 2021, Nikhita utilizes advanced techniques for root cause failure analysis of analog and mixed signal power circuits. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Product Specialist at Listing Mirror and Research Assistant positions at the University of Notre Dame, where Nikhita focused on device modeling of RF switch structures and associated testing. Nikhita's engineering background also includes design and analysis work on electromechanical actuator systems at AADYAH Aerospace Private Limited and development of a machine learning algorithm for epilepsy detection in collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital. Nikhita holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree from Vellore Institute of Technology.
