Raymond Myer

Raymond Myer currently serves as Corporate Counsel for Securities and Corporate Governance at Allegro MicroSystems since May 2023. Prior to this role, Raymond worked as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from January 2021 to May 2023, where Raymond also completed a summer associate position in 2019. Raymond gained editorial experience as Articles Editor for the Boston University Law Review from January 2019 to April 2020 and completed a legal internship at Digital Federal Credit Union, focusing on regulatory and compliance issues in the banking and finance sector. Before transitioning into law, Raymond taught Mathematics and served as a Special Education Teacher for the Austin Independent School District, holding positions from 2014 to 2017. Raymond earned a Juris Doctor with a concentration on Risk Management and Compliance, with Honors, from Boston University School of Law, and previously obtained a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
