Christy Reynolds

Christy Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christy began their career at Gorman Health Group, where they served as a Product Manager for complex enterprise Health Care clients. During their time there, they managed training program development and collaborated with senior leaders to customize programs using SaaS products.

In 2017, Reynolds joined Allegro Senior Living, LLC as the Vice President of Administration. In this role, they oversaw various administrative functions and worked with different departments to achieve goals through collaboration and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). Christy also strategically managed day-to-day operations.

Additionally, Reynolds worked as a Regulatory Compliance and Training Manager for Allegro Senior Living, LLC, where they directed learning and development and regulatory compliance for multiple senior living communities. Their initiatives resulted in increased productivity, savings in resident care, and improved compliance rates.

In 2019, Reynolds also took on a role as an Adjunct at Stetson University, teaching Leadership and Professional Communications courses and oversaw the Experiential Learning/Internship Program at the School of Business Administration.

Additionally, they received a certification as a Core Essentials Fast Track Graduate from Coach U, Inc. in April 2019.
