Anna Goraczka is a seasoned professional in ESG and sustainability, currently serving as Senior ESG & Sustainability Group Manager at Allegro since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing ESG strategy, establishing compliance with CSRD, improving ESG ratings, and engaging stakeholders. Previously, Anna was the Green Officer at Żabka Polska from July 2016 to June 2023, leading the green transformation, co-developing the company's ESG strategy, and managing carbon footprint initiatives. Anna's earlier career includes roles in insights and marketing at Hochland and Kompania Piwowarska, showcasing a strong foundation in consumer insights and strategic project leadership.
