Ireneusz Gawlik

Ireneusz Gawlik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Director of MarAdTech, Data & AI at Allegro since January 2016. Having held several leadership positions, including Director of AI Product Development and Big Data, as well as Director of Machine Learning Research, Ireneusz established the ML Research Lab focused on addressing complex business challenges through advanced machine learning techniques. Prior to Allegro, Ireneusz contributed as a researcher and software developer at AGH University of Krakow, developing innovative algorithms for speech recognition and signal processing. Ireneusz holds a Ph.D. (All But Dissertation) in Computer Science, along with multiple degrees in Computer Science and Acoustic Engineering from AGH University of Krakow.
