Jakub Dubás

Jakub Dubás is a seasoned UX Manager with extensive experience in user experience and product management across multiple companies. Currently leading a team at Allegro since April 2022, Jakub is responsible for innovating the shopping experience on the platform and managing stakeholder relationships. Previously, Jakub held the position of Head of User Experience, Customer Experience, Research & Design at MallGroup, where significant improvements in user experience were achieved through strategic redesigns and a focus on customer-centric values. Jakub has a strong background that includes roles at MONETA Money Bank, Slevomat, and nangu.TV, contributing to various aspects of UX design, product development, and user research. Educational qualifications consist of an Inženýr (Ing.) in Business and Management and a Bakalář (Bc.) in Software Technologies and Management from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
