Lukasz Maminski

Lukasz Maminski is a seasoned legal professional specializing in antitrust compliance and competition law. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Group Antitrust Compliance at Allegro since June 2020, Lukasz oversees compliance with competition and consumer protection laws and supervises the Ceneo Legal Team. Prior to this role, Lukasz dedicated six years at Clifford Chance as an Antitrust Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included representing clients in cartel cases, merger control, and consumer protection, as well as advising on various legal agreements. Lukasz holds advanced degrees in law from prestigious institutions, including an LL.M. in International Competition Law and Policy from the University of Glasgow and is currently pursuing a business administration course at thePower. Additional qualifications include advocate training in Warsaw and a diploma in British and European Law from the British Law Centre.
