Łukasz Sierant

Łukasz Sierant is a seasoned transportation and logistics professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Transport Network Group CEE Senior Manager at Allegro since October 2021. In this role, Łukasz oversees the CEE Linehaul Transportation Network for Allegro One Courier and 3PL partners. Previously, Łukasz held several senior management positions at Allegro, including responsibilities for international and domestic linehaul networks and cost optimization strategies for SameDay and NextDay products. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at 4GROW TSL, focusing on transport and logistics, and as Transport & Purchasing Director at DHL Parcel, managing a EUR 45 million budget. Łukasz began a career at DHL in 2005, progressing through roles that emphasized transport management, security, and operational efficiency. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree in International Logistics from Warsaw College of Customs and Logistics.
