Patrik Skagerlind is an experienced manager currently serving as the Manager of the Production Unit Sandviken Hot at Alleima since July 2021. Prior to this role, Patrik spent nearly 20 years at Sandvik in various managerial positions, including Manager of the Production Unit Cold for Tube EMEA, HR Manager for the Sandviken site, and HR Business Partner for R&D and Staff functions. Patrik has a solid background in production management, human resources, and purchasing operations, with responsibilities spanning across multiple factories and global teams. Early career positions include project management roles in logistics at Ericsson and Manpower. Patrik holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Gävle.
